PhotoKTM6 Review Sessions are a platform for emerging photographers, lens-based practitioners and visual artists to meet established industry experts to get inputs on their work and have general conversations about building their practices. Each review session will be 30 minutes to allow for in-depth conversation. Participants are welcome to bring their work as prints or share digitally on their laptops. All sessions are free of charge.  

This year our pool of reviewers includes 12 wonderful artists, curators, editors and other professionals who are very kindly volunteering their time to meet young practitioners.

In the form, you will be asked to submit the following:
– Your top three preferences for reviewers. (We will try our best to match your preferences, but we can not guarantee to fulfill all wishes as each reviewer can meet 4 people only.)
– Your portfolio (a PDF with a minimum of 1 and max 2 bodies of work with project descriptions and relevant links)

How to prepare for the Review Sessions:
Do your homework to get to know your reviewer. You may choose to request for feedback on a specific body of work, or sit with the reviewer to ask them general questions, discuss curiosities and concerns you might have about moving forward as an artist, learn about how to navigate the industry, or just talk about life! The Review Sessions are valuable one-on-one meetings with people who have substantial experience working with the visual medium in various capacities.
