Research can catapult a project into new and unchartered territories. It can also unexpectedly push boundaries on how to present your work. This workshop aims to strengthen creative research methodologies. It will be looking at ways in which research and creative process overlap.
For three days, Monica Alcazar Duarte will work with participants to look at each of their work, and discuss possible research strands for it. They will work towards sharpening their questions and critical inquiry which becomes the driving force for research and creating work.
Participants are invited to bring one ongoing project that they would like to further develop and they feel needs stronger research and conceptual grounding. Participants can apply as individuals or duos.
