Adil Hasan


Adil Hasan worked alongside commercial photographers while doing his graduation in Economics in Mumbai and finished his photographic studies from Auckland, New Zealand.

He was a recipient of the National Foundation of India’s media fellowship, for his environmental portraiture series on the students of the Aligarh Muslim University and the Toto Award for photography for an on-going art project.

His first photo-book “When Abba was Ill” was published by Nazar Foundation, and launched at the Jaipur Literature festival.

He works on long-term photo projects, and on editorial assignments for national and international magazines.
