Every summer, billions of synchronous fireflies light up a tiger reserve in India. This is a series of photos and videos documenting one of nature’s grandest orchestras: Flashes start in one tree and are carried across the forest in a wave-like fashion, illuminating the entire forest into a sea of stars.
