“Why Didn’t I?” campaign invites all to understand, reflect,and testify to the social barriers resulting in delayed discourse.
Initiated with the profound mission to provide an anonymous platform to women and the LGBTQIA+ community to share their experiences with Gender Based Violence (GBV), “Why Didn’t I?” comes in support of understanding why victims/ survivors do not share their story of violence.
This time, we have compiled and curated testimonies from previous “Why Didn’t I?” Workshops. We hope that this vivid display brings empathy, helps understand the core reasons for delayed discourse,and provokes conversations with the local community and all participants. Our empathetic space is a testimonial discourse supporting trauma victims with interactive cloth mural and conversations.
