Paroma Mukherjee

Paroma Mukherjee was until recently, Editor— National Photography Desk & Special Projects at Hindustan Times, India. With over two decades of experience across national & international media organizations as a photo editor, photographer and writer, she approaches the visual medium as a dynamic, shape-shifting form of expression. Her work has also comprised writing on contemporary culture & photo archival research. She holds a keen interest in how photography shapes and collides with memory, identity, and politics.
